Customers can cancel a reservation at any time up to before the scheduled pickup for a full fare refund via Email only , [email protected], No Cancellation by Phone.or Through website messages
Ride 2 Airports will not provide a refund if request changing or cancellation or any change less than prior to pick-up time, or in the event of reservation abandonment. This includes bookings made within two hours of pickup time.
Customers are responsible to reserve the correct vehicle to safely handle their luggage needs. Each service type offered by Ride2Airports , maximum allowed luggage that is clearly displayed at the time-of-service selection. Failure to properly select the correct service type may result in additional fees, the need for an additional vehicle, or the inability of the company to service the reservation. Customers traveling with valuables, priceless items, and prescription drugs should keep these items in their possession during the course of the trip with the Independent Operator.
Seatbelts
Seatbelts are provided for customer safety. Customers must wear safety belts while inside the vehicle, but it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the seatbelt is securely fastened, as required by law. Independent Operators reserve the right to refuse service to parties out of compliance with applicable laws. Smoking is not permitted in any Independent Operator vehicles.
Lost Items
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and any items placed by themselves or the Independent Operator in the vehicle. Neither WHC SuperShuttle nor Independent Operators assume liability in the event of damage, loss, or theft of any such property and will not be responsible for losses incurred, including but not limited to, loss of future profit, potential income, and additional expenses or losses incurred as a result of lost or stolen baggage or personal property. WHC SuperShuttle and Independent Operators are also not liable for lost items left behind in the vehicle by a customer. However, Independent Operators do want to help customers reunite with lost items whenever possible. If an item is lost, the customer immediately contacts the Independent Operator. Returning left behind or found items may incur delivery and/or shipping charges to the recipient.
Damage items
Normal wear and tear to personal items is typical of the handling process during transportation by Independent Operators. Transporting large items, such as luggage, may result in scratches, dings, and nicks. Ride 2 airports and Independent Operators are not responsible for damages such as broken pull handles/straps, broken wheels or feet, or damages that are incurred as a result of over-packing, items packed improperly, or fragile items. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure any belongings kept with customers in the main seating compartment of the vehicle are securely packed and fastened, and that any breakable items are protected while using the Independent Operator’s transportation service. Customers must report significant damage to any personal items during use of the Independent Operator’s transportation service immediately to the Independent Operator. In the event the Independent Operator determines the item was not treated with reasonable care and chooses to offer reimbursement for an item, the value of reimbursement is not to exceed $99 per passenger unless local regulations deem otherwise. The Independent Operator reserves the right to inspect the item and determine the type and amount of reimbursement, if any, based on damages.
Exclusive, Non-Stop Airport Transfers
These reservations include vehicle service to or from the airport. A flat rate is quoted at the time of booking and is guaranteed so long as the reservation is not changed.
Extra stops
Extra stops are available only with additional $19.99 Each stop . (With in same city zone or maximum 5 miles away ) from start zone or Home . And to be in same route , Each stop not more then 10 minutes free of charge .after that $1 additional charge for each extra minute .
– if extra stops needed so it must add to the booking or reservations before trip start .
Child Safety Seats
Ride 2 Airports recommends that small children 5 years and under be secured in a child restraint seat for transportation. It is the responsibility of a child’s parent or caregiver to provide the Child Restraint System when transporting children in van and/or private sedan. Ride 2 Airports does offer One Infant/child seat and 1 Booster seat for an additional cost of $14.99 for each. You will be given the option to add this service during your booking process
Flight Delays/Early arrivals
We only track Airport flight arrivals – you need to provide us with the correct airline/flight number so that we can track your flight to accommodate an earlier/delayed arrival.
If you do not provide us with the correct flight information at the latest 3 hours prior to your pickup time, the driver will show up at your requested pick-up time and if you are not ready, you will be marked as no-show, no refund and the reservation will be cancelled. However, if the driver schedule allows, the driver will wait up to two hours before marking your reservation as Customer No-Show and No-Refund. Please refer to our (Delayed/Early Pick-Up Charges and Waiting Charges.) below.
Where to meet the driver when arriving at the airport/cruise port
Curbside Pickups
Right in front of your terminal. Do Not go to the Uber/Lyft/Taxi transportation lot outside the airport. Once you are outside right in front of your terminal and ready for pick up, you are to call us at: 818-381-0132
Pickup Times – What is considered on-time pickup
Arriving up to 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time would be considered on-time pick-up.
In a rare event if the driver arrives late to your pickup location, there will be no refund, or any discounts should you choose to wait and take the ride.
Airport pick-ups – in case of heavy traffic inside the airport, it can take the driver up to 30 minutes to get to you once you are ready for your pick-up. This will be considered on time pick-up.
Rescheduling policy
No charge to reschedule your reservation more than 24hrs before your pickup time.
No rescheduling is allowed within the 24hrs window prior to your pickup time, for any reason. If you need to reschedule, you will need to cancel the existing reservation and book a new one. (Refer to the cancellation policy below).
You cannot reschedule a future reservation to be picked up in the next. You will need to cancel that reservation and book a new one. (Refer to cancelation policy below)
Picking up from airports
Once passenger arrive safely to the Ground and plane landed it’s passenger responsibility to text or call the driver ( company will provide the passenger driver number during or after booking via text or email or both of them . If never received plz contact our 24/7 customer service at 818-381-0132
– passenger after picking up there luggage, should go to arrival terminal and cross the small street and stand on the second curb (middle Curb )
– make sure it’s white curb , drivers can’t load or unload if the color is not white
– once passenger on the second curb, take a picture of the letter and number on the wall and text to the driver if driver doesn’t respond with in minute call him /her (sometimes picture message delay) and wait beside that letter and number and driver will come to pick you up from beside that letter and number
– lic plate , and car model will be provided to passengers to look for there driver .

– speak English to understand the driver
– stay beside the letter and number till you get picked up
– falling to show up on pick up spot after text the letter and number , passenger responsible of 100% of the booking fare .
– passenger have 1 hour Free of Charge after plane land domestic or international after that there is $35 additional charge for each hour till get picked up
– to avoid paying extra charge if need more time in custom and as example
– you plane land 1:00 pm you have one hour free so you should get picked up before 2:00 pm
– sometimes driver take from 5 minutes to 30 minutes just to enter from waiting zone inside the airport to the terminal ( usually there is traffic between terminals)
– so the 1 free is actually half hour , so we recommend and advice all our passengers to set up pick up time from the terminal to have domeb extra time FREE of charge and don’t leave to arrive time
– if passenger choose pick up time and get out early, passengers need to call the driver to see if he can make it right away or passenger have to wait till pick up time
No-Show – No Refund
Non-Airport pick-ups – the driver will wait up to 5 minutes after your scheduled pickup time before marking your reservation as No-Show (No Refund). However, if the driver’s schedule allows, drivers will wait for up to 2 hours before marking your reservation as No-Show, No-Refund. Waiting charges will apply.
For all Airport arrivals – we allow up to 20 minutes after a domestic flight landing time and 45 minutes after an international flight landing time before marking the reservation canceled, No Show – No Refund. However, if the driver’s schedule allows, drivers will wait for up to 2 hours before marking your reservation as No-Show, No-Refund. Waiting charges will apply.
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct flight information at the latest 3 hours prior to your pickup time so that we can track your flight and to insure pickup. If you do not provide us with correct flight information more than 3 hours to your pickup time, we will show up and if you are not ready at your original request pickup time, we will mark your reservation as Customer No Show – No Refund. However, if the driver’s schedule allows, he will wait for you for up to 2 hours past your pickup time and waiting charges will apply.
For all other pick-up locations, the driver will wait up to 5 minutes after your scheduled pickup time before marking your reservation as No-Show (No Refund). However, if the driver’s schedule allows, drivers will wait for up to 2 hours before marking your reservation as No-Show, No-Refund. Waiting charges will apply.
Change of Vehicle/Service Type
It is possible that due to an unforeseen situation the vehicle you have ordered might not be available at the time of the service. Instead of cancelling your reservation and leaving you stranded, you authorize to assign the next available vehicle that will accommodate the same number of passengers and luggage in your party. If the new vehicle assigned costs less in fare, will refund you the difference. If the new vehicle assigned costs more in fare, you authorize to charge the additional cost in fare. Ride 2 Airports will notify you of the additional fee in writing via text or email as soon as we become aware of the situation.
Disputes & Chargeback Fees
Your bank does not charge you a fee when you
dispute a charge against Ride2Airports . However, the banking institutions will
charge Ride 2 Airports up to $50.00 for each transaction you dispute against us. You
agree & acknowledge that RIDE 2 AIRPORTS will charge you a $50.00 fee for each
transaction that is disputed by you through your banking institution. We strongly advise you to read our terms and conditions carefully and call
our office at 818-381-0132 with any questions or concerns you may have so that we can address
them and avoid having you pay for these charges.
Liability
The company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate the run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Overtime pay will apply after the first 1 minute of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Ride 2 Airports is Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (e.g., not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
